Permite modificar las condiciones o el tipo de autorización que tienes en vigor cuando cambian las circunstancias que la justificaban: nuevo contrato de trabajo, cambio a autónomo, nueva situación familiar, etc. También permite modificar de arraigo a residencia y trabajo.

What it covers

Se tramita como una nueva solicitud sobre una autorización vigente o que se va a renovar. La modificación puede pedirse en cualquier momento cuando se cumplan los requisitos del nuevo supuesto.

Requirements

  • Tener una autorización de residencia en vigor o en periodo de renovación.
  • Cumplir los requisitos específicos del nuevo supuesto solicitado (se estudiará cada caso de forma personalizada).
  • Carecer de antecedentes penales en España.
  • Estar al corriente de obligaciones tributarias y de Seguridad Social (si aplica).

Nueva autorización del tipo solicitado, con los derechos y limitaciones propios del nuevo supuesto.

Usual documents

  • Formulario EX26 debidamente cumplimentado y firmado.
  • Pasaporte completo en vigor.
  • TIE actual.
  • Documentación del nuevo supuesto que se solicita (aportación tras estudio personalizado).
  • Documentación económica, fiscal o laboral según la modalidad de destino.
  • Tasas oficiales correspondientes al nuevo tipo de autorización.
