El arraigo sociolaboral es la vía para regularizar la situación de personas extranjeras que llevan al menos 2 años en España y pueden acreditar disponer de una oferta laboral.

What it covers

Permite regularizar la situación de personas con una oferta laboral para trabajar al menos 20 horas semanales.

Requirements

  • Permanencia continuada en España durante al menos 2 años.
  • Carecer de antecedentes penales en España y en el país de origen.
  • Disponer de una oferta laboral para trabajar en España de al menos 20 horas semanales.
  • No encontrarse en causa de expulsión.

What you get

Residencia temporal inicial de 1 año con autorización de trabajo por cuenta ajena o propia.

Usual documents

  • Solicitud EX10 debidamente cumplimentada y firmada.
  • Pasaporte completo en vigor, con todas las hojas aunque estén en blanco.
  • Certificado de empadronamiento actualizado.
  • Acreditación de permanencia en España de al menos 2 años.
  • Certificado de antecedentes penales del país de origen (legalizado/apostillado y traducido).
  • Contrato de trabajo y documentación del empleador.
  • Tasas oficiales abonadas.
